All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website. However, while the colours displayed are a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Renush.
UK - All orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the order with special delivery guaranteed next day. If you need an item delivered by a specific date please email us with details and we will prioritize your order or advise if this is not possible.
Made to measure items will be subject to longer lead times. Please see the Orders page for more details.
International orders will be sent by Royal mail. Delivery times are 3 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe. Worldwide 5-7 days depending on local services. Should you be absent at he time of delivery you will be left a calling card by your postal service indicating which local Post Office or depot your item has been delivered to. Please pick up the item within the time scale outlined or it will be returned to us and we will refund your purchase minus any costs incurred.
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit 2. The piece has arrived damaged.
Return them within 14 days of their dispatch and we'll exchange them (or refund your money) for you. Please email email@example.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Renush will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you full.
Any personal information given to shop.renush.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed through PayPal which uses the latest anti-fraud technology. Renush leather accessories does not have direct access to or store your credit card information at any time.
