We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you need to return any items please follow the guidelines.

Returns

Returns policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot offer refund or exchange on items beyond this period. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged in any way please contact us via email and we will advise how to proceed. Please provide as much information as possible when contacting us including your order, your daytime telephone number in case we should need to contact you.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed within seven days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within seven days of our confirmation and approval, please contact us. Before you do, please check your bank account again or contact your bank. Also contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, then please do contact us.

 

Sale items
Refunds: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Return Details
To return your product, you should contact us first to get a return number and address to send it to.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location. We aim to process returns within 2-5 days.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned items.
