Measure your pet's neck.
If you do not have a measurement tape, use a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around your pet's collar and straighten on a ruler. Round the received value in favor of a larger number. Confirm your size at checkout.  it will be adjustable with several extra holes on the collar.
There should be enough room so its not tight or loose - a rough gauge is to allow 2 fingers to sit under the tape whilst measuring.
