If you do not have a measurement tape, use a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around your pet's neck and straighten on a ruler. Round the received value in favour of a larger number. Confirm your size at checkout. It will be adjustable with several extra holes on the collar.
There should be enough room so its not tight or loose.
